Daily Post Cards

  • This service provides order status, serial and tracking numbers, invoice information, RMA status delivered via email everyday. New functionality has been added to make it easier for you to keep your customers informed;
  • Green indicates the ETA has been improved from the original date
  • Red indicates the ETA has extended beyond the original date
  • Blue indicates the ETA is on track
  • If you would like to sign up to the daily postcard report please email requesting daily postcards to support@westconcomstor.com or phone 1800 646 112 (Option 1).
