How to place an order

Three easy ways to place your order with Westcon-Comstor

  • Order online here. Simply log into eCommerce with your user name and password.  
    If you don't have a login click here to create one, or click here if you have forgotten your username or password.


Important information to put on your order

  • Your company information

  • Delivery address (not a PO box) and any specifics relating to the delivery site

  • End User Company Name and address (not a PO box)

  • Part code (s) and quantities

  • Your purchase price

  • A Westcon-Comstor quote number if we have provided one to you

  • A Stock Hold (ZSH) reference number if you have requested that we hold the stock for you

  • Required forms completed and submitted – including Westcon-Comstor ‘Demo’ form

  • Your contact details should we need to get in touch with you.


Special Instructions

Different vendors may require specific information, such as end user details or serial numbers of existing equipment.  For your convenience a two-page PDF outlining the requirements for each of our vendors is available below for you to print or view online.
